Hey there! My name is Traci. I can’t remember when I didn’t love running! My passion began as a collegiate hurdler turned long distance runner. I have always loved running for competition but I also found it to help calm my anxiety and give me a sense of peace and happiness in my day. As a mother of 2, a teacher and coach, running has always been there for me. The busier my life got, the more I recognized what running did for me not just on a race course, but in finding balance in my life.
Throughout my run career, I’ve qualified for the Boston Marathon, finished in the top 10 at the Quad Cities Marathon (women), and top age group finisher in multiple 5k, 10k’s, and half-marathons. As much as I love running, triathlons have been a great way to cross-train and
practice getting outside my comfort zone. Encouraging people to do something “uncomfortable” has become a strong coaching point for me knowing how empowering it can be to try something new!
I’ve been in the fitness and coaching space for over 26 years, and more recently my focus has been on hormone health. Perimenopause caught me off guard a few years ago, so it is now a passion of mine to help others understand the importance of hormone health and how stress, sleep, and nutrition are just as important as running and strength training.
I believe to my core that “One run can change your day and many runs can change your life”! It’s so true! I can’t imagine life without it, and I’m excited to share this journey with you!
