    Hi, I’m Traci - and I honestly can’t remember a time I didn’t love running. My journey started as a collegiate hurdler, eventually transitioning into long-distance running. What began as a competitive drive evolved into something deeper: running became my calm, my anxiety relief, and my daily reset. As a mom of two, a teacher, and a coach, life has been busy, but running has always been my anchor - not just for race results, but for balance, clarity, and joy.

    Over the years, I’ve qualified for the Boston Marathon, placed in the top 10 women at the Quad Cities Marathon, and earned top age group finishes in countless races from 5Ks to half marathons. I’ve also taken on triathlons as a way to cross-train, push limits, and live what I teach - that growth comes from doing the “uncomfortable.”

    With over 26 years in fitness and coaching, I now blend performance training with a strong focus on hormone health. Perimenopause caught me off guard, and it’s become my mission to help others navigate it with confidence through smart training, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.

    I believe to my core that “One run can change your day - many runs can change your life.” I’m here to help you prove it to yourself.
