    My approach to coaching is rooted in real life - motherhood, marathon miles, and the hard-earned lessons that come with injury and recovery. I started as a dancer, later became a certified yoga teacher and Thai massage therapist, and eventually combined those foundations with my RRCA Run Coach certification to help runners train smarter - not just harder.

    After running my first marathon without proper preparation (and breaking down in the process), I made it my mission to understand how movement, strength, and recovery could work together. That journey took me from an ashram in India to the finish lines of countless half marathons, and even to helping runners recover after the London Marathon as part of a national charity initiative.

    As a mom of three, I know that running injury-free isn’t just about performance - it’s about protecting your time, your mental health, and your love for the sport. I specialize in helping busy runners build strength and recovery into their training using short, actionable strategies that fit real life.
