Hey there, I'm Caroline Adams. Thrilled to be part of the Run Your Health team! As a proud mother, I turned 50 this year and have been a dedicated runner for 19 years. Despite facing a setback with back surgery four years ago, I overcame it through strength training and continued pursuing my passion.
With a track record of five marathons, Boston Marathon qualification, and first place in my age group in a half-marathon, I'm all about the mantra "consistency is key." I've been supporting fitness communities for over a decade, emphasizing personalized support to help individuals reach their goals.
Recently, I decided to dive into nutrition coaching for a personal reason close to my heart. My own journey involved early battles with eating disorders, restrictive diets, and not giving my body the fuel it needed for the activities I love. These experiences taught me the profound importance of proper nutrition. I want to share what I've learned with others, helping educate and inform people on how to create a healthy lifestyle around nutrition. It's more than just what we eat; it's about nourishing our bodies for a life well-lived.

"Little did I know how much my life would change, when I got the chance to be part of a nutrition coaching with Caroline Adams. I’m Claudia, 62 years old and post menopause. When menopause began in my fifties I started to gain weight and I tried almost every diet like weight watchers, fasting, low carb, weight loss shakes and and and.
