Spring is in the air and with spring comes the desire and need to get outside! Many runners find this time to be perfect for a relay race. What is nice about relay races is that you get to spend the day doing what you love, running and spending time with friends, however these long days can make for a challenge to be able to fuel your day with healthy snacks and meals.
